All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the 3D space software, are owned by Digital Exhibition Group srl or licensed to us. You do not gain any rights to the Website’s content by using the services or by submitting your own 3D content.

Regarding your 3D content submitted to Immersme, you retain ownership of the intellectual property in the submitted materials. However, by submitting your content, you grant Digital Exhibition Group srl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the content as part of our services.
